TPr. CA Cheng Hui Lin is a Professional Town Planner, Registered Environmental Impact Assessor, Registered Social Impact Assessor and Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture. She is also a Masters Holder in Landscape Architecture. As the founder of Green Acres Studio which was established since 2008, her experience spanned over 20+ years in large scale Master Planning Projects as well as Studies related to Development and Strategic Plans. Her all encompassing background in Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Study, Landscape Ideology and Arboriculture allows her to have a coherent approach in Urban Planning.

Sebastian Thoo Zuen Hern is a Town Planner, graduated from University of Technology Malaysia, Johor Bahru. He is also a member of Town Planning Board Of Malaysia (LPBM) and Malaysia Institute of Planners (MIP). He started his career since year 2016 in town planning consultancy works. He experiences through master planning, township concept planning, feasibility studies, planning applications, development reports, geographic information system (GIS) mapping and etc. His mission is aim to be a part in contributing sustainable, livable, efficient and environmental friendly future cities.

Ng Ling Pheng is a Registered Environmental Consultant with Department of Environment (DOE) and Environment Protection Department (EPD), Sabah, Malaysia. Her expertise is in Environmental Quality of Air, Noise and Vibration. She also specializes in Solid Waste Management and Scheduled Waste Management, apart from general environmental assessment. She has vast experiences in carrying out EIA and EMP in environmental sensitive areas i.e hill slopes development and reclamation. To further enhance her knowledge and skill in Environmental Impact Assessment, she has gained professional qualification in Scheduled Wastes Management (CePSWaM) and Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA). With her 10+ years of experience in the Environmental Consultancy, she is leading the Environment Team to produce Sustainable Development Strategies to the project teams.

LAr. Mohd Syukri Mohd Ariffin is a certified Landscape Architect, registered as a Corporate Member of Institute of Landscape Architect Malaysia (ILAM). He started his career since year 2008 in some of the pioneer consultancy and landscape contractor firm and gained almost 12 years of experience consist of services in Design Development, Contract Administration and Project Management. He is well suite with skill set of landscape idea and have a strong sense of technical construction knowledge that will assist our client to achieve the best cost efficient construction solution and landscape project implementation

He is equipped with functional knowledge & strength in utilizing site resources, design concept, further enhanced with his talent in making each of our projects unique and outstanding for marketability of our clients as well as the space enjoyment of the end users.
